It’s so easy. Just leave your bag out before 7am on your scheduled pick up day and our driver will pick up your bag. Your clothing will be returned to you, perfectly cleaned on your next pick up/delivery date.
We operate on a Monday-Thursday schedule. So, if you are on our Monday-Thursday route, leave your bag out on Monday, and it will be returned on Thursday. If you leave out your bag on Thursday, it will be returned on Monday.
No! Actually our prices are less than other dry cleaners in the area.
Most customers leave their bags at their front door. However, you can designate any area outside your home which works best for you.
There is a $19.99 minimum charge for the pick up service.
No problem! Our driver will drop off your last order and continue on his way.
Also no problem! Just drop a note in your bag with any special instructions and we will take care of it for you.
We will bill your credit card.
Yes, this way we can communicate with you about the status of your order and should we have any questions. We also wouldn’t want you to miss out on any Value Act Cleaners news, notes or special offers, so it is definitely best to provide that information when you sign up.

As such our internal count is determined to be the accepted and final item count. Value Act Cleaners will not be held liable for any items claimed sent, missing or damaged. Value Act Cleaners is not responsible for any item claimed lost or stolen from designated drop off or delivery areas. At Value Act Cleaners you have the ability to track all activity online or with your Smartphone by logging into your account with your email address and password. If you do not have an email address and password setup and would like to receive pick up & delivery as well as item and payment notifications, please contact us by clicking here and we will be happy to assist you. Value Act Cleaners liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing that item.
